As per usual I can't stop at just one of something. My latest flame? I love vintage framed pictures of roses and flowers. ( Don't forget about my floral Tea Towel Giveaway too ! ).Over the past few months I have been grabbing these little beauties when I see them. A neat little collection that I have decided to display on top of my treasured vintage library drawers. It's so nice to go and sit in my little spare room and admire them. When there's not enough real flowers to go around these will do just fine for me.

Oh i love your vintage library drawers. I've had a fascination with them for many years, but i'm yet to find the perfect set at the right price!
ReplyDeleteHow delightful! What a gorgeous medley of colours!
ReplyDeleteI don't know what I want more... your framed beauties ... or the vintage library drawers!!! Nice Nice!

ReplyDeleteFrom another Simone - in London, England :)
You're florals are beautiful! And so is the card file cabinet they sit upon!
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of reusing and repurposing furniture. I am on a quest to replace all my new with 'tattered'. I love anything with a history, former owners only add to the character of a piece, each imperfection tells a story. Beyond that tattered treasures make for a more than merely comfortable home.
I had done a post about my love of 'formerly loved' furniture a few months ago. It's a passion of mine.
'Love your blog!
There's something so dreamy about vintage flower pictures.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! I love the middle picture of the vase of flowers.
ReplyDeleteAnd the frame on the front right picture is so nice : )
