The Old Fashioned Dinner Invite

My friend Jody hosted a dinner party for a few people last month. I was helping set the table and I stopped for a second to take this photo. I just had to share how the room looked before everyone arrived. Even though the plates and cutlery are all simple I just love the overall "feeling" of this room (yes, that stunning mirror is from Anna's ABT Black and Spiro.) Can you picture yourself here with some tunes on the ipod and a glass of bubbly? Unfortunately I had to put my glass down to take this shot but there I am in the mirror.

  2. Yes, I love the feeling of the room! The chairs are lovely as well in their pink and blue. It looks so relaxing, elegant and cozy all at once!
And you're doing Hitchcock shots now!
Thanks for your comment, Simone. We have social problems in this area as well from this particular group. It's such a complex issue. I think the little ones are going to be in a position to solve it more than my generation could. xx

  4. You are so clever.
I continue to kick my Self for staying so in the moment, that I forget to document the visual so I can share it with the rest of the world.

    You DO live well.
