After almost 2 weeks of eating and drinking my way around the wonderful countryside of Tasmania I am happy to be home. We had a fantastic holiday and I have been truly rejuvenated and inspired. I saw so many beautiful things.......lots of which I could eat or drink. Here are some photo's I took from one local bakery. That's right. There were many bakeries like this. I ask, how could one resist? So now the only excess baggage I have sits just above my belt line. By geez it was worth it though!

For some strange reason, I'm suddenly sweet hungry. Visiting little bakeries while on holiday... a guilty pleasure for sure. I bet the pleasure was worth a few lbs.
ReplyDeleteWelcome home! Love the picks from the bakery! Looks so yummy! :)
ReplyDeleteOh, they all look amazing. I love to look at pastry and have a thing for bakeries and with coffee shops in them.
ReplyDeleteGlad you're back and that you had a wonderful visit. It's always so nice to get away and be rejuvenated and inspired. The baked goods look so yummy, I wouldn't be able to resist either!

I had to chuckle reading this. Tasmania is terrible for piling on the pounds. The food is so delicious there who can resist? I normally never like muffins but a Tasmanian raspberry muffin smothered in King Island cream is so delicious! Plus, the vegetables taste better. The pink eye potatoes make me want to swoon! So glad to see you are home and happy and rested! I look forward to my hit of Beach Vintage! xx
