It's a common dilemma.....where do you hide your bread? Well now I hide mine in this vintage bread bin picked up for $5.00 at the local charity store. Can you see the wear and tear around the place? Perfect don't you think?
Yes Simone, I think it's perfect!! I have a vintage all pink one that my daughter uses in her "play" kitchen and it looks adorable! Yours is just lovely!!
I'm sure my mum had one exactly the same, and I think we had a tray and biscuit tin to match!! Maybe you can find the rest of the set :-) Happy bargain shopping!
It is perfect! I used to have a 'bread drawer' in my lower cabinets, but then the grandkids dishes and cups took over that drawer. Then I had a stainless steel modern bread bin that did the job but really didn't suit me. Now I house my bread in an old decorative iron planter. Your bin is perfect! All the best, Eileen
