  1. It's very hard to choose a favourite piece, all their pieces are just beautiful...I particularly loved the little bee brooch in the Antoinette collection....I thought the prices were very reasonable too.

    I hope this giveaway is current, closing date is marked 5th March, I'm hoping it's meant to be 5th May....

I had a hard time picking a favourite, but I think I've narrowed it down to three: the Antoinette Bee Brooch, the Vintage Tassel Necklack, and the Hollywood Deco Ruby Crystal Set. If I had to go with just one... hmmm... I guess I'd pick the last one. But what a difficult decision - it's all so lovely!

  49. Personally, it was the Midnight @ the Lido earrings because I am lucky enough to own an original vintage pair just like them. I don't save them for "special occasions" because I came to the conclusion a while back that every day should be a special occasion as life is too short. Any excuse to brighten up your day with some bling is a good thing girls, and as these were on sale with 50% so would give you a saving too! So I say don't keep your good stuff only for those special days, make every day special by wearing something or doing something that makes you feel good and maybe even gets you a compliment! I don't on the other hand have a brooch like the one on your give away, and, it is very nice so I will just have to keep my fingers and toes crossed (and maybe bribe a leprechaun or two!!!!)

  53. Yes, vintage jewelry is getting more difficult to locate and as you said, in good condition. In regards to the reproduction vintage jewelry styles, I think one design element that always seems to be missing is art glass.

    Art glass vintage jewelry (my favorite) is really hard to find now, and the reproduction manufacturers haven't seemed to catch on to the craze for good quality art glass sets.

    All their pieces are stunning but perhaps the one I love most is the waist band brooch from their Midnight at Lido collection. It's such a beautiful shape and would be so perfect on a vintage wrap around dress placed over the hip!
