Lately I have been drawn to vintage plates that have been monogrammed or messaged in some way. I picked up the ones shown today at various thrift stores {for a few dollars each}.
In a world where sometimes it feels like no-one has time to think about or thank their loved ones, I adore the thought of these beautiful plates which would have been given to such important people in our lives. Let's hope this inspires us all to remember the special people who surround us.

oh, so gorgeous! i love finding, or being drawn to for some reason, vintage plates, tea cups, saucers and have an eclectic kitchen cupboard of them currently. they just sort of stop you sometimes and whisper something. i love that!
