~ Around my Place ~

Although my weekend was filled with wallpaper paste, paint and sandpaper I did get a chance to sneak in a few hours with my family around home over the weekend. It is always the little things that get me every time. Here a few of those "little things" that made me smile. Fresh towels, swinging on the swing with Charli, fresh flowers and vegetables from my garden and of course the water, which calms me every time!
PS: Thanks for all the beautifully encouraging comments last Friday xx

  1. You are such a busy lady these days :)
Your anthurium (?) flowers are so beautiful and aren't chillis so decorative as well?
Have a great week, but don't work too hard!

  16. I've been getting quite a bit of produce from my little garden too. In fact, I've been sharing it with my neighbors, because I'm not that great at canning :-) These are great images for summer.

  17. ooo, you are brave enough for wallpaper! I can't wait to see the results.

ps. although i live in Canada (cue -40 degree temp) I do live by a beach. I would love for my house to feel more beachy, then maybe it wouldn't feel so darn cold all the time!!
