Well it has rained, and rained and rained! So here I sit in this pretty little beach house by the sea watching the water pour against the windows and the wind howl through the old frames. But I am making the best of my break. Every now and again the rain stops for a brief moment and we run outside and kick come sand or collect some shells. Here are some photo's I took yesterday. Charli collecting flowers, our back fence, our beach house and some serious beach running!

Breaking news: whenever we go on holidays, it rains, the weather is never really great and I'm not exagerating really! But still we make the best of it and I'm glad you are too! What a beautiful view you have. we have that in common, that we live right by the ocean/sea. except we have pebbles and you have sand.. I love the first photo, so colorful and 'happy'.

How fabulous that you live so close to the beach. It looks like you made the most of the moments in between showers. I hope the rain eases up for all of you:)
ReplyDeleteThat's all you can do is try to make the best of it when weather doesn't co-operate (it rains a lot in Ireland too, and usually on weekends when we want to be out exploring and enjoying the scenery!). Glad you're having a good break though. :)
