If there is one positive thing about all this rain we are getting it's that my roses are thriving. Take a look at them! If they didn't need water to survive I would leave them right here on my daughters vintage chair looking as pretty as they do.
They are Beautiful, I really love their colour. Appart from the rain, have you done anything to them in order to get such fabukous blooms? Lady S xox ~ladyinresidence.blogspot.com
Simone, you roses are stunning!! We only have 2 blooms so far...lots of buds though so I can't wait until they bloom! I hope they are as gorgeous as yours:) Hugs ~ Tina xx
They're just stunning! Do you know what their name is? Mine are a few sunny days off yet, so that could be next week if I'm lucky. ps my oilcloth arrived yesterday and it will be great in my studio room. Thanks very much Simone!
Gorgeous indeed! And your holiday thrift finds are lovely. I do enjoy how our homes look so wonderful once daylight starts to fade (plus, I can forget about all the dust lurking about). :) Have a wonderful Wednesday. Tammy
Beautiful! My roses in the garden are putting on a last show for the year, as winter approaches. I am always amazed at the beauty of roses, especially when cut and brought into the house. You showcased yours beautifully.

Gorgeous colours Simone! Also loved your post about how our homes look in the last light of the day ... it's my favourite time of day, the late afternoon and things tend to take on a 'glow'... and homes look cozier as well. I'm putting this on my 'have to photograph' list :) Have a luvly day! Min
