Great weekend? Thanks for your overwhelming response to my last post. Hugs. Over the weekend I strolled around a country market. I love a good market. I came home with lot's of yummy fresh fruit and veg. All from local farmers and the like. Of course, I couldn't resist these melting moments. Every now and then I spoil myself with one. Served on vintage china makes them look that extra special. Here's cheers to a great week.

Oh we end up spending a fortune at farmer's markets, so worth it though, love the freshness. Although with a large family starting to hit their teens, we really need our farm & own produce to feed everyone, soon!! The melting moment would only seal the deal on a delicious day, we did lamingtons at our Farmer's Market on Saturday!! Love Posie
ReplyDeleteMy mum makes the best yoyo's (we call them that)I try and resist but it's not possible.

ReplyDeleteCongrats to you on making a lifestyle change. I did the same thing 6 years ago when I realized I didn't want to be fat and forty, I wanted to be fit and forty. So one year before my 40th, I started working out with friends, inspired by Oprah's Boot Camp, and lost about 10 kgs in 5 months. I totally changed the way I eat and have kept the weight off all these years. Even if I indulge a little or gain while on vacation, it is easy to take it off again when I get back on track ... and I feel so much better because of it. Wishing you a great new week. Tammy
