Don't you just love a house that actually feels like a home ? Take a look at what Pam from Bayside Rose has created. A beautiful space for herself and her family, Pam really has the knack of pulling things together. Last week she hosted lunch and it was fabulous to see up close all of her talents & wonderful treasures. Sorry for taking so many pictures Pam. Don't you just love the mismatched cushions, sofas covered in fabric, a simple tablecloth and all the details. Its doesn't take much, just a little thought and inspiration.

Change Has Come for BV

Dearest bloggers, friends and followers. There is some exciting news to be told.
Beach Vintage has been inspiring people for almost 3 years now. Creating, crafting and sewing its way into the lives of listeners in blogland.
This will not stop.
As you may know, a love of sewing and crafting induces a love of fabric. And finding nice fabrics can sometimes be hard. Finding nice fabrics at reasonable prices almost impossible.

Day 30 - The End

The last day. That's 30 days of me and my travels. Cannot believe I am 40. Advice? Live your life everyday, like it was on purpose! Hope you enjoyed taking the journey with me over the past month. Here are some photo's from our last few hours on the island. I will be announcing some news later this week.

Day 27 - Does it Get any Better?

Here's whats happened so far.

Made it to Hamilton Island. Here is Jody unpacking our luggage

ie: champagne. I made one friend on the balcony which then turned into loads of friends. The girls decided it may be nice to get a jet boat out to Whitehaven Beach today. Seriously have I died and gone to heaven? This is amazing. Life is amazing. Whilst typing this now in my hotel room, the girls are banging on the door. Time for a late lunch. Poolside. Gotta run.

Day 25 - Home Beautiful Feature

I am now officially 40! Celebrated my birthday yesterday. And what a fabulous bonus. My store "Just Plain Gorgeous" is featured in the latest edition of Home Beautiful magazine. I am ever so pleased. Leave for Hamilton tomorrow. This is the last week of "The Month of Simone". Better make it a good one!

Day 20 - Taking Ellie to Lunch

Here I am at Sirromet Winery today, my family treated me to lunch for my birthday. Took Ellie for a drive in the sunshine. Had a lovely lunch. Have a great weekend. Simone xx

Day 19 - SCORE!

Strolling past my neighbours house I saw these 2 chairs on the back of his truck, ready for the dump! I asked why on earth they were being discarded. "You can have them if you want" was the reply. Yes Thanks. Now they have a new home on my side porch.

Day 14 - Op Shop Time

Always time for an op shop whilst on holidays. Check out this shop at Ulmurra! There's my daughter helping me find treasures inside. Found heaps of linen including these vintage table cloths. Also my niece Rose standing by an old shed out the back of one of the op shops. What a beautiful fun day.
