hmm..not sure i saw sweatpants and hole-y tshirt barbie. you know the one with greasy hair and roots, bags under her eyes from no sleep and a glass of wine at 4pm in her hand. that would be my barbie.
Well, #3 is what I WANT to be! I always wanted to be a blond! When I was little I was bound and determined that I was going to grow up blond and beautiful! Well, as I grew older my hair grew darker and darker. And beautiful? Not so much! But I'm happy. And who knows? Maybe in my next life I'll be a real live blond Barbie! Cute post, Simone! All the best, Eileen
I like the last one. She looks a bit Frenchy and the red lipstick is me! And I'm also a bit no 4 with her little shopping basket and slightly prissy dress. xx
Hi Simone, Love these pictures. I think I would like to be all these barbies depending on my mood. Just like I would like lots of different houses to satisfy my love of so many different styles of decorating. Alas I think I am none of these lovely ladies for where is the one in her Pj's and slippers?? cheers Katherine PS you are definetly the first photo, number 3 on a night out, cheers Katherine
I searched and searched for her but you forgot to put up Bridget Jones the Barbie...I identify well with her umm a little too often hehe! However I'd like to think i'm glamorous but you know, I do believe that is a fulltime job in itself ;)
Cool Barbies- she has developed and changed in style rather a lot eh? I can't remember my favourite...I think it was something like superstar barbie - but that isn't me! She was flippin glam though - pink bowa, silver glitter stars...
LOL, I have that original Barbie- the blond pony-tailed. in both outfits- swimsuit as well as the blue dress... My grandma copied the blue dress one...I like the second Barbie... tho the newer versions have become more bimbo-like... The older ones are classic.
I think I'm #4 - food shopping! I'm a novice foodie and I love to cook. Fine dining is wonderful, too! And if my Barbie isn't going home to cook she's certainly dressed to dine at some chic outdoor cafe!
Is there a Barbie wearing rubber muck boots, holding a pitchfork, and sporting a camera around her neck? That would be me - though I probably eat a lot more than Barbie ever does. ;)
I love the 2nd Barbie mainly because she is the one I used to have growing up but also I adore her outfit I am not sure that it actually sums up me though!!
I recently came accross your blog and have been reading along. I thought I would leave my first comment. I dont know what to say except that I have enjoyed reading. Nice blog. I will keep visiting this blog very often.
I am so the beach babe - my barbie sits in a hallway cupboard - pride of place - she has that black and white bathing suit - I spent my youth swimming and being at the beach - lying in the sun with a hat on my heat!!
Hello darling, I am back and have missed you terribly!! I have a post on my blog that explains my lengthy absence but enough of that, I just wanted to stop by personally to thank you for the sweet birthday wish you left Cristina and to let you know that your kindness meant the world to us both. I am now off to read the posts that I have missed and to look around your gorgeous blog. Love & Hugs Duchess ♥♥♥
I'm the last one. She looks like the sassy Latina . She kinda reminds me of Rizzo from Grease too.
ReplyDeletei love these barbies and actually have some of them from my older sisters.

ReplyDeleteMy mum still had hers until a couple of years ago. Unfortunatly they were not kept that well and had to be thrown away, but how amazing are they!?
