I bought these 2 tea towels today (am I hooked on tea towels or what ?). They are new but I thought very pretty. So when I got home I decided to fold them over my arm chair, top and bottom. A quick fix for me and my floral addiction.
hi simone.. they look absolutely beautiful...& i was quite suprised when you said they are NEW..they look OLD to me...
they would look gorgeous framed as well...per your previous post re the old tea towels..
how exciting all these little finds are?? i have been re arranging a room in the middle of my house today..BUT promised I would not do another blog this week...so shall keep it to myself..OHH!!
Hi Simone, was wondering if you would mind emailing me @ sharonstyle@fsmail.net, I would like to discuss somthing but can't use the email option on offer, it is not compatable with my computer. Sharon xxx
Hi Simone, tea towels are gorgeous. I would sew plain white cotton on the back and turn them into some gorgeous cushions that way you can have them on the couch all the time. Sandy
Simone, this is so pretty! And you always have such innovative ideas. I love it! And I'm stealing your idea when spring rolls around here again and I need to lighten and brighten my house a bit! Lovely patterns! Thanks for always being so generous! All the best, Eileen
And it is as pretty as can be! I add vintage tablecloths and all kinds of things to chairs and couches just so I don't have to look at the same old furniture. Brightens my day to do so. And this bright cheerful post certainly helped! Brenda
They are lovely Simone. I adore tea towels as well. My daughter would have them pulled out in two seconds however to wrap around a doll or herself. I would have to secure them somehow! xx
Wow that's a brilliant idea! I love it. I have the same style chair that I bought at Ikea two years ago and I may have to do the same thing to it. -marie
Ah so creative and clever Simone! Gorgeous print too. x
