Recovering........


Laying on the sofa I am recovering well from my surgery. Meanwhile I put together this little vignette to cheer me up today.

Vintage Moroccan Tea Glass $3.00, English China Trinket Box $3.50, Vintage Ceramic Ballet Slippers from my childhood, and Roses from my garden in the perfect shades of pinks and yellows. Vintage touches always bring a smile to my face.

    Happy to hear you're recovering well :) When I first saw your image I immediately noticed the shoes as I too had a similar pair from my own childhood. They are attached to string with a scented centre and still hang in my wardrobe today :)

    Hi everyone, just a quick update, I had surgery to remove my right ovary as there was a tumor on it. It it being tested and I will get the results shortly. My Gyno/Doctor has told me it looks to be benign. So I am sticking with this until I can confirm today. Cheers and thanks for all your well wishes.
