Sunset at Beach Vintage






Yesterday afternoon I decided to watch the sunset out front with a glass of wine. By myself. Just reflecting on life and such things. I don't usually get the chance as I am usually attending to my "motherly chores" at this time of day. I forgot how beautiful nature can be. Here are a few shots I took in my backyard with my trusty Nikon.

    gorgeous! and the shell windchime?? I love that and actually had one in my shop not too long ago. Since someone purchased it, I need to make another, it looks so pretty there in the sun. And the wine, bliss...

    Methinks that this should be a regular habit as the results are lovely.
    Perhaps the kids could be given a camera also to do their own bit of 'sunset treasure-hunting'.

    How lucky you are. I have the time- as I am a fairly new empty nester, but I am dreaming of the day that I have a beautiful water view and glass of wine every evening and not just on vacation.

    Paradise indeed. I'm more relaxed just looking at it. I LOVE living in Phoenix except for the lack of a beach. I have shells all over my house, I'm now thinking I could make myself a windchime. Yours is lovely.
