I bought this cute vintage bottle ornament some time ago and although I look at it every day it wasn't until last night that I took the time and really sat down to peer inside. Isn't it just beautiful?
It's lovely. I had a bottle with a little ballerina in it that used to dance when you wound her up...I don't know what happened to it but seeing your bottle brought back many fond memories :) xx
Simone, it's heaven sent. I adore it in every way. What are those teeny weeny people doing? Is it a traditional bbq? Thanks for sharing it. Funny how some things you take for granted and then you re-discover there beauty. Pruxxx
What an amazing bottle! It looks like it has beautiful fine details.... I can just imagine how someone brought that treasure back from an exotic holiday... what a great find! X
Very cute! Minature seems to be in at the moment - my friend recently showed me some fun signs someone had create for ants and also some street art with little mini people...v cool! xxx
I love the little palm tree! I just love little things for some reason. I have all sorts of little Buddhas and things on my window sill. ,,,,your bottle is lovely....
It's possible that the bottle is from the Philippines where I am based. It features the nipa hut which is the traditional Philippine home from centuries ago. Quite a number of such bottles are still being sold but like most of your readers, I have no idea how they can cram that diorama into a little bottle :-)
Exquisite!
