I got some similar in white at Christams and hung them from the windows like snow. They're lovely, great for sewing on cushions.... ruffles...hair flowers....skirt hems... the possabilities are endless.

My tall doll house was once re-furbished by the local church's craft donation bin. The tiny windows were then lined with stands of pom-poms.. through out.
